| I purchased a Garmin Nuvi and have been using it for several months. One problem I encountered is that the end of the 12V (cigarette lighter) adapter came unscrewed and the parts inside fell out--a spring, fuse, etc. The second time this happened I couldn't find all of the parts so the cable was useless! I purchased this cable as a replacement and it seems to fit and work perfectly with the Garmin. |

| I bought it from Amazon that was selling it cheaper than other internet sellers. I got it fast and have been using it everyday since then. It is a quality cable that powers my Garmin Street Pilot as it suppose to. |

| My old garmin adapter somehow broke and needed a replacement. I searched the web and found lots of cheap replacement but had terrible reviews. I saw this item had very good reviews and bought it. It was shipped fast and it worked like a charm. It seems to be strong and not made with cheap materials. I would recommend this for replacement of your garmin adapter. |

| I bought this cable as a replacement for the one that came with my Nuvi, after the original cable was destroyed in a car accident. Unfortunately, the original cable had a traffic receiver built in, so you obviously will no longer receive traffic data if you replace that with this one (that replacement cable is around $100). However, for supplying power, this cable is excellent. It fits solidly into the Nuvi and I have no worries that it will ever slip out or become loose. The cable itself feels plenty think and sturdy. If you're just looking for a spare charger, this is the one to get! |
